Therefore we were already well placed to comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) which came into force in May 2018. Your data is NEVER shared. We do not under any circumstances pass your data to any third party.
Should at anytime you wish to remove your Name and Address from our postal list or cease receiving our updates, you may let us know by any of the following means:

Any data we hold is held solely to enable us to send the information that was requested. We shall not use your data in any other way. You have given us your details in order that we may inform you of our events, and information on who is exhibiting, and to post you our special offer / reduced cost entry tickets and nothing else.

The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Contact name, email and postal addresses, telephone numbers.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To send exhibiting or visiting information about our events
- To send tickets to our events if you have purchased or applied for tickets
We also obtain contact information from competition partners, including publishers, who provide us with details of competition entrants to issue prizes and, where entrants have given consent, for marketing purposes.
We use the information that you have given us in order to post or email you details about our events.
We do not share this information with any other organisations.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep names, addresses, email details and phone details on our secure databases until we are informed that someone wishes their data to be deleted.
